How do I reserve a spot?
A $600 deposit secures your spot. We also offer a payment plan that splits the remaining balance into two payments. Your full balance is due 45 days before the trip.
What if I cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel 45 or more days before the trip, we'll refund anything you've paid beyond the deposit, minus any unrecoverable ground operator costs. If you cancel 44 days or less before the trip, we're unable to offer any refund. Cancellations must be made in writing - full details are in our [booking terms and conditions]. We know plans change, but we really hope you make it.
Who can come?
Everyone's welcome - solo travelers, couples, friends, siblings, coworkers who became friends. If you're curious and up for connection, you'll fit right in.
I'll be traveling alone. Is that weird?
Not even a little. Around half our travelers come solo. You'll be part of a small group of open-minded people who crave the same kind of travel you do - and most leave with genuine friendships that outlast the trip.
How big are the groups?
Our groups run from 2 to 10 travelers - small enough to stay nimble, connect with each other, and be welcomed guests rather than a crowd.

Where will we stay?
Boutique hotels and, from time to time, vibrant locally-owned guesthouses - always independently owned, always full of character. Details are on each trip's itinerary, so you'll know exactly where you're staying before you book. Rooms are double occupancy; solo travelers are paired with a roommate of the same gender, and we'll connect you two before the trip.
What's the travel insurance about?
Travel insurance is required for every traveler. It's often the only way to recover costs from delayed flights, medical surprises, or other travel hiccups. Any reputable provider works; just make sure your policy covers trip interruption and medical care abroad.
Isn't it cheaper if I go on my own?
Maybe on paper. But we've spent years building relationships with local guides, cooks, and hosts - the kind of access you can't book online. We handle every detail so your only job is your flight and showing up. And with a bilingual host guiding the trip, you're free to be fully present instead of glued to a guidebook.
